We have years of experience as one of the country’s leading air ambulance operators, which provides us with advanced knowledge and experience in handling everything from the implementation of new health protocols to mitigating airborne pathogens, and have been hard at work optimizing our practices for our clients’ benefit.

In order to ensure your health and safety, we have implemented aircraft cleaning and sanitization practices that take place after every single flight. In fact, our diligent team had already developed these practices before government/CDC restrictions were announced. We have also enacted a contact tracing procedure to limit the potential for COVID-19 exposure between our passengers and crew. This includes a partnership with a local lab that ensures our crew can be tested within 12 hours when requested by either client, or the country of travel.

Please note that in accordance with CDC requirements, at this time we are not able to serve customers who have recently traveled to restricted countries. We are also requiring that all passengers arriving from a foreign country have documentation of a negative SARS-CoV-2 test, or an official letter clearing them for travel. We will continue to review and revise our COVID policies as needed to comply with government and client requests.
